Worked from the ground with a water-fed pole. No pressure washing on uPVC: it scars the surface and drives water behind the boards into the roof timbers, and scarred plastic then holds dirt and greens up faster.

About this job
What's the difference between a fascia and a soffit?
The fascia is the upright board along the edge of the roof, the one the gutter is screwed to. The soffit is the flat board tucked underneath it, the bit you see when you stand at the wall and look straight up. Both are cleaned, and so is the outside face of the gutter in between them.
Does the soft wash damage the plastic?
No, and that is the point of doing it this way. Pressure washing is what damages uPVC. It scars the surface, drives water behind the boards into the roof timbers, and the scarring then holds dirt so the boards green up faster than before. Soft washing takes longer and leaves the surface intact.
Are the gutter fronts included?
Yes, the outside face of the gutter is cleaned as part of the job. It sits between the fascia and the soffit, and leaving it dirty makes the clean boards either side of it look worse than they did before.
